Violation of the Donnate User Agreement policy

All Donnate users must comply with the Donnate User Agreement. Everyone registered on Donnate has agreed to comply with our User Agreement and all other site policies. When using Donnate Services, members must:

• Comply with our policies about listing on Donnate
  • Provide complete and accurate information in their listings
  • Avoid relisting items that we removed because they violated a policy
  • Avoid providing false or incomplete information to circumvent our policies
• Comply with our policies about what kinds of items can be listed on Donnate. Members must not:
  • List counterfeit or prohibited items
• Comply with our policies about how they use their account
  • Members must not do anything that might compromise the safety or integrity of the Donnate marketplace
  • Members must not create additional accounts to circumvent selling restrictions, buying limits, suspension, or to manipulate any site feature
  • Selling a Donnate User ID or account without our permission is not allowed
  • Scraping or gathering information from Donnate to use on another site is not allowed
  • Members must not make offer on their own items
• Comply with our policies about how they use our site features
  • Members should only use Donnate site features and processes for their intended purpose

Activity on Donnate is required to:

• Follow all applicable laws
• Respect the rights of third parties
• Follow the Donnate User Agreement
• Follow this Donnate policy

If activity doesn’t meet these requirements, Donnate may take action consistent with applicable laws and the Donnate User Agreement and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: administratively ending listings or cancelling transactions; hiding or lowering the placement of listings in search results; restricting buying or selling; and account suspension.
