Buyers must pay for the items they purchase on Donnate within 2 calendar days. If the buyer doesn't pay within this timeframe, the seller can cancel the order. The order will be cancelled automatically after 4 calendar days, and the order status will be "Unpaid". Once an order has been cancelled, it can't be undone.
When a buyer commits to buying something on Donate by agreeing to an offer with a seller, they are obligated to complete the purchase by sending full payment within 2 days. If the order gets cancelled due to nonpayment, buyer's offering privileges will be suspended. Buyers can reactivate their offering privileges by paying a Default Fee. The default fee is 5% of the order amount, but it cannot be less than 1 or more than 49 dollars.
Before they commit to buying, buyers should note:
- All the terms that the seller has included in the listing,
- Making an offer is a commitment to buy, and offers cannot be retracted.
Failure to pay for items is a violation of our abusive buyer policy.
Managing unpaid orders
Sellers can cancel an order if the buyer hasn't paid after 2 calendar days and up to 30 days after the order is placed. If an order is not collected after 30 days, it will be automatically cancelled. Learn more about our Order cancellation policy.
