Using Donnate's intellectual property

Our name and logo are registered trademarks; their use is restricted and protected by intellectual property law. The Donnate name and logo are registered trademarks in the whole European Union, including the UK, the US, and internationally. Use of the Donnate name and logo is only allowed if an individual or organisation has a written licence agreement with Donnate.

These guidelines explain when you can and can't use the Donnate logo, name, or screenshots of Donnate.

Use of the Donnate name

You may use the Donnate name to refer to Donnate provided you adhere to the following guidelines:

• Your use can't mislead consumers as to any Donnate sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your company, products, or services
• When referring to Donnate, use the Donnate name in a plain text font and format only. Never use the Donnate logo in a sentence

Use of the Donnate logo

You may not use the Donnate logo unless you are granted an express written trademark licence by Donnate.

When written permission from Donnate is required

Use of the Donnate name and logo is only allowed if an individual or organisation has a written licence agreement with Donnate. To ask for permission, please email us at support@donnate.org.

Activity on Donnate is required to:

• Follow all applicable laws
• Respect the rights of third parties
• Follow the Donnate User Agreement
• Follow this Donnate policy

If activity doesn’t meet these requirements, Donnate may take action consistent with applicable laws and the Donnate User Agreement and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: administratively ending listings or cancelling transactions; hiding or lowering the placement of listings in search results; restricting buying or selling; and account suspension.
