Order process for buyers

• In Donnate, buyers make their payments with a credit card or debit card.
• The payment is processed through third-party payment systems during the ordering process.
• After the order, the buyer is provided with a QR code and/or a 6-digit delivery code.
• The seller scans or manually enters the delivery code received from the buyer and delivers the product to the buyer.
• The order is complete after the code has been confirmed.

Note: Do not share the delivery code with the seller without performing necessary checks during the delivery. The product cannot be returned after it has been received.
