Donnate order number

You'll receive an order number every time you make a purchase on Donnate.

You'll need an order number if you ever need to speak to us or your seller about a purchase. You'll find the order number on the order details page.

Where to find your order details?

You can find all the information about a purchase, including the order number, in the order details page. Follow these steps to find the order details page:

1. Select Purchases.
2. Find your item on the list.
3. Click on the item.

From here, you'll also be able to manage your order and get in contact with the seller.
