Order process for sellers

  • In Donnate, buyers can make payments with credit or debit cards.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party systems (Stripe) during the ordering process.
  • After the order, the buyer is provided with a QR and a 6-digit delivery code.
  • During the delivery, the seller scans the delivery code obtained from the buyer, and the order is completed.


My product has been sold; what should I do now?


You should communicate with the buyer and wait for them to collect the product. If you can't reach the buyer, you have the option to cancel the order. When the order is cancelled, the product will be relisted for sale. Remember that you can communicate with the buyer before, during, and after the order process. Good communication ensures a positive experience.


Note: Orders are automatically cancelled by Donnate after 30 days if the order is not completed. In cancellations, 5% of the item price is donated to the selected nonprofit, and the remaining amount is refunded to the buyer. The donation amount cannot be less than $1 or exceed $49.
