Perfume policy

We allow the sale of most new perfume and cosmetics on Donnate, but testers, smell-alike perfume, decanters, and dramming bottles are not allowed. New perfumes must be in original packaging and provide all information as required by your country's regulations, including:

• Identity of the manufacturer or the person responsible for marketing the product
• Composition of the product (content and list of ingredients)
• Use of the product
• Preservation of the product (date of minimum durability)

The following are not allowed:

• Tester perfume
• Smell-alike perfume when compared to a well-known brand or scent
• Decanters
• Dramming bottles (bottles that include small quantities that can be used as free samples)

Unboxed perfume from certain top brands may be subject to limits or restrictions

Homemade cosmetics can be listed, as long as you make sure they comply with your country's regulations

Activity on Donnate is required to:

• Follow all applicable laws
• Respect the rights of third parties
• Follow the Donnate User Agreement
• Follow this Donnate policy

If activity doesn’t meet these requirements, Donnate may take action consistent with applicable laws and the Donnate User Agreement and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: administratively ending listings or cancelling transactions; hiding or lowering the placement of listings in search results; restricting buying or selling; and account suspension.
