Timelines for paying
When you buy an item on Donnate with Best Offer, you'll need to pay the seller within 2 calendar days. The sooner you pay, the sooner you will be able to collect your item from the seller. After 2 days, the seller can cancel the order if they want. The order will be cancelled automatically after 4 calendar days.
If the order gets cancelled due to non-payment, your offering privileges will be suspended. You will need to pay a 5% default fee to restore your offering privileges. For more details, you can see the unpaid item policy.
You'll find everything you've bought, including items you still need to pay for, in your purchases.
