Smooth and secure shopping on Donnate

The Donnate system is built to protect the rights of both buyers and sellers. Streamlined order processes and the right to cancel have been implemented to ensure a peaceful and secure experience for everyone participating in Donnate.

How does the system work?

  • You purchase the product you like with your credit card or debit card.
  • You get in touch with the seller to receive the product.
  • After receiving the product, you provide the delivery code to the seller and complete the order.
  • Once you've completed your purchase, you can evaluate the seller using the link on the order details page.

Are you unable to reach the seller?

If you can't reach the seller, you can cancel the order by pressing the cancel button on the order details page, or you can try to contact the seller. In case of order cancellation, 5% of the order will be donated to the charity you selected, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your bank.

Is the product different from what was listed?

If the product is damaged or different from what was stated in the product details, you can cancel your order by clicking on the "cancel" link at the bottom of the order details page before providing the delivery code to the seller. Once you share the code with the seller and they enter the delivery code, the order process is complete, and the product cannot be returned.

You received the product, but you are not satisfied with it.

If you didn't like the product or it didn't fit, returns are not accepted. However, if you wish, you can donate the product to the nonprofit of your choice on Donnate!
