- Causing harm to Donnate
- All situations deemed suspicious by Donnate
The listings will be removed, and accounts will be warned or temporarily closed if we encounter any of the following cases. If the account's behaviour is repeated, the account is permanently closed, and if associated accounts are identified, they are also immediately and permanently closed.
- Sale of products that are not legal online
- Sale of prohibited items on second-hand platforms
- Products that violate listing rules
- Redirecting to different platforms
- Products confirmed to be replicas
- Products with suspected replicas
- Sale of items prohibited on Donnate
- Items requiring special permission for sale or purchase
- Products without a category on Donnate
- Brand infringement detection
- Abuse detection
- Making inappropriate or offensive reports
- Accumulation of multiple cases
