Contacting a buyer

When you're selling on Donnate, you might sometimes need to get in touch with a buyer.

How to contact someone who bought an item from you

Once someone's bought an item from you, you can contact them directly. You will see a contact buyer link on the order detail page under Donations.

You can also reach the buyer using the search bar, where you can search for the buyer and follow them from their user page.

To find a user:

1. Go to search bar
2. Enter the users's username and select Search
3. Select the username to go to their user page, then select Follow.
