How to send a message on Donnate
How you send a message to another Donnate member will depend on whether you've already made a transaction with them.
- If you've bought from or sold to the member, you can contact them through Purchases or Donations.
- Find the item in your Purchases or Donations.
- Select Contact seller or Contact buyer.
- Type your message and select Send.
- If you'd like to contact a seller you haven't had any transactions with before, you can go to the product page you are interested in and then select the Message Seller link in the Seller Information section of the listing.
We'll send your message to the member's Messages inbox.
