To make Donnate easy to operate and hassle-free, orders can only be collected in person. You can inspect the item before you collect it, and save money by not having to pay for postage as well.


After you purchase an item, you'll receive information on the order details page on how to pick up your order. If you need to know more, select the Contact Seller link on the order details page.


How to arrange collection

 

After making your payment, contact the seller to arrange the time and place to collect your item.


After you’ve completed your payment, you can find a collection code (a QR code and a 6-digit code) on the order details page. You can either note it or show it to the seller on the app when you collect your item. The seller will scan or enter the code on the Donnate app to confirm you’ve collected your item.
