Can buyers return an order

Donnate is a platform for gifting and donations, and buyers are required to pick up their purchases from sellers. Buyers must perform all necessary checks during the process and provide the pickup code to the seller only if they are certain to buy the product. After the seller enters the code, the order is complete, and the product cannot be returned to the seller. However, buyers can still donate the product through the Donnate application.

If the buyer decides not to pick up the order, they can cancel it at any time. Due to transaction costs, 5% of the payment is donated to the nonprofit, and the remaining amount is refunded to the buyer. Buyers should not purchase a product if they do not want to make a donation in case of a return or cancellation.
