How can I make a purchase on Donnate

• You can access Donnate from the App Store or Play Store on your phone.
• To quickly find the product you're looking for, you can use category, location, brand, price, and colour filters.
• You can add products you like to your favourites to be notified when the price drops.
• When you make a purchase, your order is automatically notified to the seller.
• You can track the status of your order on the "Orders" tab in the "Profile -> Purchases" page.
• After the payment, you will receive a pickup code. You can find this code on the Order Details page.
• You need to deliver this code to the seller to pick up the item.

Do not share the delivery code with the seller if you do not want to purchase the product. After you share the code with the seller and it is entered, the order is complete and the product cannot be returned. Orders are automatically cancelled by Donnate, if they are not completed within 30 days.

Due to transaction costs, 5% of the payment is donated to the nonprofit, and the remaining amount is refunded to the buyer in case of a cancellation. This amount cannot be less than $1 or more than $49. Buyers should not purchase a product if they do not want to make a donation in case of a return or cancellation. Buyers can leave feedback for the seller after a cancelled order if the payment is made. If a seller has too many cancelled orders, Donnate may suspend the account if necessary.
